Equipment that are purchased directly
from ATGateway.Com may be returned by
Customer in accordance with ATGateway.Com
"Total Satisfaction Return Policy." The Total
Satisfaction Return Policy provides that Customer may
return, any product purchased from ATGateway.Com
for a refund or credit within 7 days of the date of
delivery. Refunds or credits will not include any
shipping charges or processing fees and customer shall
be responsible for a 15% restocking fee for each product
returned. The customer shall also be responsible for the
cost of return shipping. Customer must obtain an RMA #
prior to returning any package to the returns
department. Any package shipped without an RMA# will be
refused. Cellular equipment and/or accessories may be
returned within 7 days from the date the equipment has
been delivered. The equipment must be returned in the
original box with all manuals, accessories, and
registrations. The equipment must be return in new
condition and have less then 30 minutes of call timer on
it. Equipment must be shipped securely packaged in
appropriate shipping boxes or mailers. Equipment
returned within 7 days, but are missing the box, parts,
manuals and registrations will be charged $25.00 for the
box, $10.00 for the manual and/or registration, and be
charged published pricing for any missing accessory's.
All equipment returned will be charged a 15% restocking
fee, and be charged for any missing parts i.e. boxes,
parts, manuals and/or registrations. Items that are
improperly packaged and/or damaged during return
shipment are the responsibility of the customer. NO
CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 15 DAYS
and you must obtain an RMA# prior to return.
In order to claim a refund or credit under the Total
Satisfaction Return Policy, Customer must return product
within the allowed time with a Return of Merchandise
Authorization ("RMA") form. Further, in order to claim a
refund or credit under the Total Satisfaction Return
Policy, Customer must return any product in its original
packaging, with all books, accessories and
registrations. Customer shall not be entitled to a full
refund or credit under the Total Satisfaction Return
Policy for any product which is not returned complete
and in its original packaging.
EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING EXPRESSED WARRANTY. ATGateway.Com
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION
WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPTIONS
TO WARRANTY OFFERING : 1. Equipment for which payment is not made in accordance
with originally agreed upon terms. 2. Equipment specifically offered AS-IS or
superseded by other warranty. 3. Equipment, which, in the sole judgment of
ATGateway.Com was abused, misused, altered, neglected by the
customer or damaged in shipment. 4. Carrier return and Remanufactured handsets
have a 30-day direct warranty. Any equipment returned that does not bear
ATGateway.Com identifier. 5. Any equipment that is beyond the
warranty period.
